Winners Will Be Annouced on The Mixdown 91.1 Radio Show

This to announce that after a few years entering other remix contests. "Nemo" is coming to the table with his own ReMix contest.

Rules are simple and as follows:

1. All Samples contained in the loops mp3 available at mp3.com page are the sole property of "Nemo" & Yin-Yang Music. Use outside this remix contest or use in other songs in whole or part or sampled or manipulated is strictly prohibited.

2. Remix tracks become the Ownership of "Nemo", Yin-Yang Music, and the sole remixer. So remixed tracks have permission to appear on any and/or all web pages, cds, or promotional items of the Remixer, "Nemo", & Yin-Yang Music.

3. Not all samples contained in the sample mp3 need be used, but remixs must maintain some integrity of the original track "World Wind". Any other samples, loops, synths and/or midi files may used as long as they are not copyrighten by another artist, band, record label, artist agency, production company, movie studio, web site, or individual other than yourself the sole remixer. Any remix containing copywriten samples will be excused from the remix contest and reported to the proper person(s) who hold the copyright. SO MAKE A CLEAN REMIX!

4. All forms and genres of music for the remix are welcome. Like stated previously just make sure that the remix contains some integrity of the original track "World Wind".

Okay now that that stuff is out of the way. Now to the good stuff:

1. Contest is open from June 14th 2003 to October 14th 2003.

2. Remix must be uploaded to a web page that has 128 kbs download capability and be approved by deadline date of Oct. 14, 2003. I recommend if you have an Iuma or Acid Planet

site to upload it there, it has a quicker approval time than mp3.com.

3. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL ME THE REMIX! ONLY E-MAIL ME THE LINK OF THE REMIX OR YOUR WEBPAGE WHERE THE REMIX IS LOCATED! ALSO E-MAIL ME YOUR SNAIL MAIL ADDRESS ( YOU KNOW I.E., John Doe, 123 John Doe Way, JD City, CA, 12345)

INCASE YOU ARE A WINNER)

4. Enter as many remixes as you like. Contestants/Remixers are not limited to only one remix entry. However, only the best remix tracks will be choosen for the World Wind ReMix CD.

5. Please only indie artists need enter. Well established artists need not enter, i.e., Digital Explosion, trance[]control, Antinomie, Amok Vibes, etc., as these are well known and established artists at mp3.com (not that they'd enter anyway, just want to showcase what the little guys can do. CAUSE INDIE ARTISTS RULE!!)

6. Please limit remixes to under 6 minutes in length. Any longer and track will not be accepted.

1st Prize - Purchase (by me "Nemo") your latest online CD, An Autographed copy of a "Nemo" CD, A "Nemo" T-Shirt available from my online store, and your track included on the remix cd which you get a copy of, plus as the first place winner, you will be included on the new forthcoming "Nemo" full length CD - "The Eclipse".

2nd Prize - A T-Shirt from my online store AND an Autographed copy of a "Nemo" CD, and your track included on the remix cd which you get a copy of.

3rd Prize - A T-Shirt from my online store OR an Autographed copy of a "Nemo" CD, and your track included on the remix cd which you get a copy of.

4th-8th Prizes - your track included on the remix cd which you get a copy of.

Any other remixes that are after that that make the time constraint cut for the DAM CD will included on the CD.
